A letter is coming home today about arrangements for the last week. I have put it on the blog too.
Monday and Tuesday trip uniform. Wednesday full uniform. Thursday trip uniform and Friday own clothes.
The last 60s session! We were recapping on our learning over the past few months. What a lot everyone has done.
I was delighted to have a number of P5 joining senior choir for one of their practises. This was to give them a taster of what it will be like. The sound was amazing.
Today P5 were working on ible and able endings. We discussed when we usually use each ending and then worked through the unit in our books.
P4 were looking at ai and ay words. We discussed homophones and then looked at different ones. Both groups worked very hard on their spelling.
Reading books should be finished for Friday. There will be no more reading after this week.
Trip uniform should be worn on Wednesday for tennis and Thursday for P.E. at Fun World.
A carrier bag should be brought in on Thursday so that jotters and any other work can be taken home.
Library is on Friday and we will be gathering in books for the last time this session.
What a fabulous day we have had! Lots of cheering, racing, climbing, jumping, shooting and happy fun... All the children took part and displayed superb sportsmanship. Well done everyone! And of course, a big well done to Lyle for WINNING!
Tomorrow is sports day so remember trip uniform with house colour tshirt. Also please bring a packed lunch with extra drinks. Thanks.
