Today, the boys have been focusing on fitness in broader curriculum. We did a 3 mile run and learnt about interval training. We used the Esplanade today- everyone enjoyed the fresh air and seeing the sea!
Then we returned to school and researched healthy lifestyles for teenagers. We have found out that teenagers need to sleep a lot (!), drink lots of water, think positively, choose to smile, and exercise at medium intensity five times a week for half an hour.
