Transitus were looking at the abstract artist Piet Mondrian in art this week. They used tissue paper and sticky backed plastic to create some fantastic Mondrian themed stained glass windows.
S1 thoroughly enjoyed visiting P3/4 on Tuesday afternoon, to see the pyramids that have made. S1 were very impressed with P3/4s work, they'd knowledge of the Egyptians and their ability to talk confidently about their project! Thank you for having us! Transitus enjoyed a fantastic visit to the House for an Art Lover in Bellahousten Park this week. Though the plans for the house were originally created in 1901 by Charles Rennie Mackintosh for a German design competition, it was only built in the 1990s.
We had a very informative tour around the house, explored the sculpture garden, and even got a chance to play the piano in the music room! |
