This has gone out on email today but incase anyone doesn't get it, here is the text of the email.
Dear Parents,
I am writing to thank you for your support for our Craft Fayre held last Saturday. Just under £2,000 was raised for school funds, which will be very well used.
Some other information on the run up to Christmas:
The school Nativity Play will be on Thursday 18 December and Friday 19 December held in Struthers Memorial Church, West Stewart Street, Greenock @7pm. Tickets are available from the school at £4 for adults and £2 for children (age 2-16).
We are sorry to announce that Mr Andrew Jewell is leaving the school at Christmas time. He is going to work for a company called iTeach who deliver training to teachers in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Mr Jewell has worked in Cedars School since we opened in 1999 and we will miss his enthusiasm and excellence in teaching. Because of this there will be a secondary school timetable change in the new term.
School closes at 12 noon on Christmas Eve and re-opens on Monday 12 January.
I wish you all a very Happy Christmas and every blessing for 2015.
Kind regards,
Alison Speirs
