Well here we are - the last day of term. We enjoyed time with our friends and came together as a whole school for our last assembly.

I would like to thank you all for your support over this year. I have had a wonderful year teaching P4/5 and I know that they will continue to flourish as they move into P5/6. Thank you also for all your kind wishes and gifts. Happy Holidays!🎉

What a super day we had today. It started off with financial health with Mrs Airth. Everyone was given a budget of £500 and had to choose furniture to put in a bedroom. There were essential items that had to be bought but then others that were possible items.

We then moved on to smoothie making with Mrs Mckenzie and Mrs Creighton. Everyone tried a variety of fruit and made their own fruit kebab.

P4/5 then took part in a Heartstart session with Miss Bell. They had to do role play about what to do if you found someone unconscious. I think we are all in safe hands!

This afternoon was tennis and then an assembly outside.

We are missing a jacket in P4/5. Could I please ask you all to check at home to make sure your child has the correct one. The missing jacket has a very distinctive zipper. Thank you.

We were delighted to have the Covenant Life Players with us today. They performed short dramas which highlighted moral issues which we then discussed. The children were also performing in one of the plays which they greatly enjoyed.

Everyone was showing either a keynote presentation or book on the iPad to show some of our favourite things over this year. Each child then chose a picture from either the Paris, famous inventor or school year presentation. What a super year we have had!😀
